PRIVATE EVENTS AT LOPING CROW DISTILLERY

Whether you fell in love with the local spirits, the handcrafted cocktails, the wide-open fields, the shade from the big oak trees, or all of the above - we know why you're here. This setting is the perfect backdrop for entertaining, and we would love to be part of your next private event. Two event space options and multiple drink packages can be found below, along with a description of how this works. Keep in mind that the following options are for private events. If you want to celebrate with friends at the distillery but don't require a private space, we love that too. Please reach out to us with any questions, and let us know how we can help!

EVENT SPACE OPTIONS

Distillery Tasting Room - Our tasting room, known as The Crow Bar, sits at the front of the distillery and has a covered porch on two sides. With seating for 20 inside plus additional room to stand, it is a cozy and intimate space. The surrounding porches provide extra seating with five picnic tables and outdoor heaters for late fall/winter events. $125/hour (2 hour minimum). Reservations for the tasting room are limited to non-business hours.

Historic Hay Barn - 4000 square feet of rustic charm! With barn lights, Edison lights, ceiling fans, picnic tables, stage, PA system, and outdoor bar staffed with your personal bartender(s), the barn is the perfect spot for any event. Heaters can be added for an additional charge for late fall/winter events. $175/hour (2 hour minimum). 

We provide four 6-foot folding tables with tablecloths and runners and a sterno buffet kit with serving utensils. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED.

DRINK PACKAGES

You may choose from a variety of drink packages for your guests.

  • Consumption Tab: Single running tab settled up at the end of the event/when host wants to shut it off. (MOST POPULAR)

  • Drink Tickets: $10 per ticket.

  • Cash bar: Guests pay for their own drinks throughout the event. This is not recommended for larger groups as it slows down service.

Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to the invoice for the staff working the event. 

Once the reservation is made and the drink package selected, we will generate a confirmation based on your preferences and send you an invoice requesting a deposit of 50% of the event space rental fee.
